All design work will be submitted for Your approval during the development process. You agree to provide feedback and approvals in a timely manner. If We do not receive a response within 14 days, We reserve the right to proceed based on the latest version presented.
Once final approval is received, or if no objection is raised within 14 days of delivery, the work will be deemed accepted.
Client Responsibilities
Content for the Project may be provided by You, by Us, or a combination of both.
If You are supplying any content (text, images, logos, documents, etc.), You are responsible for providing this in a timely manner. Delays in supplying content may result in delays to the delivery of the Project.
You warrant that all materials supplied by You are either owned by You or that You have obtained all necessary rights to use them, and that their use does not infringe any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
You agree to indemnify Us against any claims, damages or legal fees arising from materials You provide.

Up to two rounds of content revisions are included as part of the agreed project scope. Additional rounds or substantial changes to previously approved content may be subject to additional charges at our standard hourly rate (£60+VAT).

Contingency and Scope Adjustments
We recommend including a 10% contingency in Your budget. While We make every effort to complete the Project within the agreed scope and budget, it’s not uncommon for changes to arise during the creative process. These may result from:
Scope adjustments,
New or revised content requirements,
Shifting priorities or additional functionality.
Any work beyond the agreed scope will be quoted for and charged at £60+VAT per hour.

Where required, We will obtain suitable licenses for these assets on Your behalf. Alternatively, We may use assets You provide, in which case You are responsible for ensuring appropriate usage rights and licenses are in place.
Cancellations
If You cancel the Project after confirmation, You agree to pay for all work completed up to the cancellation date. The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.
If You cancel a Project which was booked on a discounted multi-phase or multi-site basis, We reserve the right to invoice for any price adjustments as if each phase were booked independently.
